People always want to have a perfect and sound night but most times we always have the issue of people not having good sleep, which can be as a result of so many reasons. So insomnia can troll on peoples mind, considering the fact that a normal human needs between 7-8 hours of sleep daily. Insomnia and sleepwalking can be caused due to some reasons. The thing about sleep is that it impacts so many areas of functioning. A young man had insomnia, the man always have daily sleep between 1-2 hours, any day he has a sound sleep then he is at the risk of sleepwalking, definitely the man had sleeping disorder, in order for him to sleep like a baby. He had already developed high blood pressure from the stress due to lack of sleep, the man got a prescription from the hospital which helped him sleep. The doctors had given him a leading prescription sleep sedative and a host of other unsavory prescription drugs to help him get to sleep but whenever he wakes up he discovers blood injuries under his foot as a result of sleepwalking, sometimes the man will sleep in his room and end up in the living room, so the man was worried and he wanted to have a good sleep without pills or any prescription. So the man tried natural remedies for lack of sleep but to no avail, everything remains the same and the family got worried and decided to come up with safety measure to deal with the sleepwalking and the man continued taking his medication to help him sleep like a baby.

Some sleep disorders are serious enough to interfere with regular emotional, psychological, social and substantial ability. There are many treatments for sleep disorder and one of the treatment include; sleep music (music therapy). Listening to soothing music that relaxes your body and elevates your mind can significantly reduce how much stress you feel. Sleep music helps you connect to your inner peace. Reducing stress not only makes you feel much better, but it can also bring improved health. The sleep music will help someone to have a good sleep every night.
In conclusion, sleeping disorder should be prevented and people with sleep disorder should make sure they look for a lasting solution to the problem to reduce stress.
